TK & K Registration is open for 2026-2027

We are excited to update you regarding our TK & Kindergarten enrollment process for the 2026-2027 school year.

If your child is eligible for TK, use the link below to start the enrollment process.

If your child is currently participating in the Mill Valley School District’s TK program, we already have your child's documentation and forms required for Kindergarten registration. Therefore, you DO NOT need to re-enroll.

The Data Confirmation window is now open! To ensure the accuracy of student information in Aeries, please complete the Data Confirmation process in the MVSD Aeries Parent Portal by Friday, August 15, 2025. You can also use the Aeries Portal app on a mobile device.

Dear MVSD Families,

Every year, it is required that we notify families of various legal rights, policies, and procedures.

We also need to ensure accurate and current contact, emergency contact, and medical information for every student in MVSD. 

We appreciate you taking the time to fully complete this process prior to your student starting school on August 21, 2025.

If you encounter any technical issues accessing your account or completing the information, please email support@mvschools.org.

If you have any general questions about Data Confirmation, please email communications@mvschools.org.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Log on to the Aeries Parent Portal 
  • If this is the first time you are accessing the portal, you will need to set up your account using the account information and password provided in a setup email you should have received from Aeries. 
  • If you already have a portal account, please use those credentials to log in to the portal.
  • If you do not remember your password, did not receive a setup email, or are unsure if you have an account, click "Forgot Password?" at the portal login screen and the system will send password reset information to your email address.
  • If you continue to have trouble accessing the portal, please email support@mvschools.org.

Complete the state-mandated surveys (Click Confirm and Continue) 
Note: if a message about Data Confirmation does not appear automatically at the top of the screen or in the lower right corner, look under the Student Information menu.

Review contact information by clicking on each contact name, then using the Change or Add buttons to update as needed. Each student should have parent/guardian information, at least two emergency contacts, and a physician record. Please ensure there at least two emergency contacts, using Record Type E-Emergency Contact and an appropriate Relationship. More information about Contact Records is at the bottom of this message. (Click Confirm and Continue)

Review the medical history page, add medical conditions as applicable, or click None if there are none. After the Data Confirmation process is complete, a member of the school nurse team will contact you for additional information if needed. (Click Confirm and Continue)

Review all documents and indicate that you have read them. (Click Confirm and Continue)

Review and update authorizations as required. (Click Confirm and Continue)

Click Confirm and Continue - you will receive an email confirmation of completion.
