Mill Valley School District

MVSD, in partnership with the Marin County Office of Education, has moved to paperless employee checks. Employee Self-Serve (ESS) is a great way to review your pay stubs and your W-2. You will need your Employee ID number to sign up, which is located at top of your pay stub to the left, below your name.

You may access the ESS portal via this link. Please follow the directions on the home page by selecting the district you work in at the top right corner - “District: 29” for Mill Valley via the drop-down menu to the right of the Login and Register buttons.

§ Your Personnel Information

· Credentials on file, including expiration date

§ Your Payroll Information

· PDF Pay Stubs

· PDF W2 Forms (2011 to present)

NEW USERS: Please click on “Register”. You will need to have your Employee ID Number, which can be found in the top left hand corner on your last paystub.

ALREADY REGISTERED? Click on Login, select District 29 in the top right corner. Click on Login, View the “My Info” drop down menu.
