ParentSquare

ParentSquare - Our Communications Platform

Stay connected with the Mill Valley School District and our school sites on ParentSquare, our communications platform that includes newsletters, emergency notifications, PTA communications, classroom updates, photos, and more. If you are a current parent, you should have received an invitation to activate your account. You can also access it from parentsquare.com or by downloading the free app on Android or iOS. We hope that every family joins us on this platform. You will be able to receive information in a daily digest or in an email instantly. You can also receive app and text notifications, so it’s convenient for your preferences.

ParentSquare FAQ

  • Families may request for any community member to be added to the school and/or district External Distribution List to receive school and district level newsletters and messages. Direct communication with a teacher must go through the parent/guardian.

  • You may access district forms sent via ParentSquare from your email, from the ParentSquare website, and from the ParentSquare app.

From the email in your inbox, click the green button that says “Form,” or “Complete and Sign Form.”

From the website, find the post in your feed and click “Read More” or “Complete Form” toward the bottom of the post.

From the feed in the app, locate the post and tap in the center of the post to expand and view the full post, including the form.

  • Navigate to your profile by clicking your name in the upper right corner and clicking “My Account.” Next to your email, phone number, and address, there is a clickable toggle for “visible” or “hidden.” Click “visible” to change to “hidden” and vise versa to hide things from your directory listing.

  • ParentSquare synced parent contact information from Aeries, our student information system. Please contact your school office to have your Aeries contact information updated.

  • ParentSquare has a great support section for parents with articles and tutorials on how to do most things!
