Measure E

At yesterday’s Board meeting, we recognized the many wonderful volunteers throughout the district. Today, I want to extend my gratitude to our entire community for mobilizing in support of Measure E. Current results indicate that Measure E has received the support needed to pass, although the election will not be officially certified until July 10, 2026.

On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the entire Mill Valley School District, thank you for the confidence you have placed in our schools and for your recognition of the vital role public education plays in the lives of our students.
Your support of Measure E helps ensure that our district can continue providing the exceptional educational experiences, dedicated teachers, academic programs, and student supports that make our schools such special places to learn and grow.

We are especially grateful to the many volunteers, parents, staff members, and community advocates who worked tirelessly to educate voters about the importance of this funding measure. Their commitment was extraordinary. Special thanks go to the Measure E Committee: Sid Vanchinathan (Chair), Elli Abdoli, Zack Abrahamson, Kimberley Buss, Michele Crncich Hodge, Erica Desai, Jen Durkee, Scott Gilbert, Layne Goldston, Vanessa Justice, Natalie Katz, Lauren Katz, Ian Kenny, Deidre Lang, Sharon Nakatani, Jen Nassiri, Natalie Newhouse, Jessica Newman, Evelyn Nichols, Adrienne Powers, Aaron Sanchez, Jordan Shively, Emma Tewksbury, and Yunhee Yoo.
This apparent outcome reflects what makes Mill Valley so remarkable: a community that values education and invests in the success of its children.. Thank you for your continued support of our students, schools, and community.
